HOTEL PORTOFINO - Series 1& 2

Made by Eagle Eye drama. Directed by Adam Wimpenny

The daughter of a wealthy industrialist moves to Italy in the 1920s to set up a quintessentially British hotel in the beautiful town of Portofino as Benito Mussolini's brand of fascism was on the rise

Boasting a great cast and fabulous locations, Hotel Portofino is billed as a “lavish family drama full of emotional highs and lows, with a crime mystery woven throughout and building to a dramatic climax”.

Hotel Portofino will be shown on PBS Masterpiece in the US, while it will be screened on ITV in the UK. Filming took place in Portofino in Italy and along the Croatian coast.

Natascha McElhone, Mark Umbers (Home Fires) plays her dashingly dangerous aristocratic husband Cecil. While Four Wedding and a Funeral star Anna Chancellor plays the hotel’s most famous but also most troublesome guest, Lady Latchmere.

MADONNA & BASQUIAT: URBAN MYTH

A comedy drama made for Sky Art's Emmy nominated series URBAN MYTH.

Written by Emmy and SAG winning writer Sarah Solemani.

"Before she was famous, Madonna had a short but passionate and influential relationship with Jean Michel Basquiat, a pioneer and darling of the 1980s New York art scene. Basquiat was riding high while Madonna was a coat check girl, but she already had the self-belief to know she had something special.

This myth takes place across one night on the New York subway, just before she infamously door-stepped music producer Seymour Stein at his hospital bedside where he signed her on the spot. This is a poignant moment, before Basquiat’s untimely death and just before Madonna broke through to “take over the motherfucking world”...
